PRODUCT RETURNS
We stand behind everything we sell. If something's not right, we'll make it right.
Return window: 30 days from delivery.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unworn/unused and in original condition
- In its original packaging with an additional shipment box
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
To start a return, email us at info@hashstash.co and we'll take it from there. Once approved, we'll send you a prepaid return label with instructions. Items returned without prior approval won't be accepted.
Note: Items purchased outside hashstash.co must be returned through the original seller.
Damages & Wrong Items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@hashstash.co and we'll sort it out.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a new item is to return your current one and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed with no refund, reach out at info@hashstash.co.
420 DAY WARRANTY
Every HashStash product is backed by our 420-day warranty — whether you bought directly from us or through an authorized retailer (proof of purchase required).
What's covered:
- Cracks or breaks on the wood
- Damage to the lock or latch
- Broken accessories
What's not covered:
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, scuffs, stains, normal wear and tear)
- Non-defective parts
- Damage from misuse, modification, or tampering
How to make a claim: We'll ship you a replacement part or product depending on what's needed. We can't guarantee exact replacements for limited edition or discontinued items, but we'll always replace with something of equal or greater value. Warranty decisions are made at our discretion.
