Shipping Estimates and Delivery Times

Standard shipping typically takes 3-6 business days, but delivery dates and estimates may also be provided during checkout. The customer should ensure they double-check the differences between standard and expedited shipping, as times may vary depending on their location.

Please allow up to 10 business days for a shipping update provided by the carrier. In some cases, the carrier will require time to update the tracking on their end. The customer should be advised that once a tracking number is available, the package has left our warehouse premises and is under the carrier's responsibility.

If there has been no carrier update for more than 10 business days since the last update, the customer should contact us directly.

Pre-Order Delivery Estimates

Pre-Order delivery times are shown on the product page and in the customer's order confirmation email. This may differ if the customer has ordered two items with different delivery times. Please be advised that delivery times are only estimates and depend on when our inventory shipments come in. This is subject to change, but customers will be informed of any delays.

Payment is fully taken during checkout, but changes, cancellations, and refunds can be made anytime before the order has been fulfilled.

We understand the frustration and inconvenience that may arise in the event of a missing or stolen package. To address such situations and maintain transparency, we have established the following policy regarding missing or stolen packages:

    1. Delivery Confirmation: Once a package has been marked as delivered by the designated carrier, HashStash is not responsible for any subsequent claims of non-delivery, theft, or loss. The delivery confirmation provided by the carrier serves as conclusive evidence of successful delivery to the address specified by the customer.

Customers are encouraged to track their packages using the provided tracking information and to be available to receive the delivery or make necessary arrangements with the carrier.

    4. Precautionary Measures: To minimize the risk of missing or stolen packages, customers are advised to provide a safe location and/or track their packages once tracking information has been provided. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safety of their location and environment and to plan ahead or around their delivery dates.
    5. Exceptions: In cases where it can be demonstrated that the missing or stolen package is a result of negligence or error on the part of HashStash or the designated carrier, exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Customers must provide sufficient evidence to support their claim of negligence or error.
    6. Policy Review: This Missing/Stolen Package Policy is subject to periodic review and may be updated or revised as deemed necessary byHashStash. Any changes to the policy will be communicated to customers via our website or other relevant channels.

    • If we have reasonable grounds to believe an individual has been, is, or may be victim of financial abuse
    • If it is reasonable to expect collection and use with consent would compromise the availability or the accuracy of the information and the collection is reasonable for purposes related to investigating a breach of an agreement or a contravention of the laws of Canada or a province
    • If disclosure is required to comply with a subpoena, warrant, court order, or rules of the court relating to the production of records

However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Shipping Policies
